Cary Audio en el CES 2011

Cary room large system. The Cary Audio Xciter DAC is the perfect match for the Xciter integrated amplifier! Compact desktop 192 kHz/32 Bit DAC featuring the new AKM4399 32-Bit DAC along with the new National Semiconductor metal can LME49713NA and LME49710NA output devices. These National Semi devices were specifically designed for Cary Audio Design. The Xciter DAC features a computer USB input along with optical input and two coaxial inputs. The inputs are selectable from the front panel. Front panel LED's will indicate the incoming sample rate up to 192 kHz.

Cary Audio presenta el nuevo CD 500

Este equipo no sustituye al CDP-1 tampoco reemplaza al CD 303T SACD PV ni es sucesor del CD 303/300. Es un equipo que se basa en la larga trayectoria de los diseños Cary pero ofrece un poco más de placeres audiófilos en lo que a construcción y partes se refiere. Me parece, a juzgar por el control remoto que tal vez sea otro desarrollo derivado del exitoso CD 306 SACD PV o tal vez uno mixto entre el CD 303/300 y el CD 306. Con un conjunto de capacitores Elna para lograr un desempeño superior de sonido como una de sus características principales, upsampling y lectura HDCD asi como el riguroso juego de salidas RCA y XLR este equipo tiene un precio de lista de 2,595 USD.

Cary lanza su servidor MS-1

Dentro de su nueva y exitosa linea Xciter Cary Audio está lanzando el servidor musical MS-1 de 1TB y un sencillo modo de uso, el único pero gran incinveneinte para mí es que usa iPod Touch, iPhone  amodo de control remoto, espero encuentren otra alternativa, por que inflarle el negocio a Apple es lo que menos me alegraría.

Magnífica vista, robusto y refinado preamplificador de fono MM/MC Cary PH 302 MkII

I can tell you that this is a near-perfect piece, and Cary Audio's best phono stage to date. It is also the best tube phono stage I've heard so far, and there is nothing within $1000 of its price, solid state or otherwise, that I'd rather listen to. It's an instant classic.
